Termatech TT40R Freestanding Wood Burning Stove - Ideal for Conservatories and Against Combustible Walls
Vanessa Thomson's Termatech TT40R freestanding wood burning stove was just fitted end of last week by Jim Brown from Diss
We are very lucky that she's sent me over these photos and to be allowed to share her new stove with you all
The beauty of the Termatech TT40R freestanding stove is it's ability to sit close to combustibles. It has a clearance distance of just 100mm to combustibles behind and just 200mm to the sides (though I have mentioned to Vanessa that the log basket etc may currently be just snitch too close for comfort !)
For this reason, we recommend this unit a lot for fitting against internal walls or conservatories.
Vanessa's conservatory had dwarf walls and wood panelling plus a lot of other things in there, so space to put a desperately wanted stove SAFELY was very very limited.
The Termatech TT40R is very controllable and has a heat output to the room of 3 > 7kw, but a nominal of 5kw - which means no air vent is required in properties built before 2008
This stove was supplied by Natural Heating. Fitted on ECO ICID twin wall flue pipe system
