The simple, contemporary style of this range fits right in whether you have a more older traditional or newer modern home. One thing the Danish do EXCEPTIONALLY well is stove door handles and mechanisms. They're just a different class.... and you can tell the difference even with your eyes shut. You just KNOW it's Scandinavian built from the second you open the door. The door handle never gets hot and it's just a totally different feel. This stove is suitable for freestanding just 10cm forward of internal combustible walls without further need for heatshielding - but is equally suited to fitting in larger fireplace openings.   HWAM 3740C 5kw Cylinder Stove (Black and Grey colours available) The Hwam stove range offers a fantastic option for those who want a wood burning stove but do not have a chimney breast or fireplace in their home.  This Danish-made convection stove is one of our go-to stoves for fitting across a corner - they have a very low distance to combustibles which, as well as it's rounded shape, allows it to tuck right in and make the most of your floor space.  Scandinavian stoves are known to be one of the best on the market for a reason - some of the best features that come with this range are the cool touch handles and self-regulating AutoPilot air control technology unique to Hwam.  These have a 6 inch flue outlet as standard, however this has now been passed to be able to run on a 5" flue system too - where some stoves struggle to run on short flues, the Hwam 3740C runs very well on both shorter and taller flue systems. Dik Geurts stoves are manufactured in the Netherlands and although small and compact have a very large and spacious firebox for the size and a seriously punchy heat output. The air controls are super reactive and smooth with minimal resistance that is hard to beat. This Danish manufactured wood burning stove is one of our most favourite models with an exceptionally low clearance distance to combustibles There are various different options such as low leg (shown), high leg, plynth and log store versions.   This model is ideal for sitting in fireplace openings or free-standing forwards of internal walls with no additional heat protection and skew across corners. The Wiking Mini stove range is super easy to use. It has a door handle that never gets hot and has a superior clean burn air wash compared to many stoves. Stunning Heta Ambition 8 (8kw Nominal heat output) wood burning stove recently installed at Philip Thorrold Shooting Academy. This stove model is also available (same height and width) as a shallower / slimline 5kw version and in both classic black and a soft, trendy, metallic grey colour. They are quite a modern looking stove with a large viewing glass, but also work exceptionally well in tradition fire place openings.
